| For all you people who want to be a gymnast, I'm going to teach you how to do a back walkover. It's really not that hard. Here are the steps: 1. Kick one leg out and point your toe. Put your arms up.
2. Lean back wards into a bridge, as soon as your hands touch the ground kick your leg with the pointed toe up.
3. Have your other leg follow the first one.
4. Put your first leg down, then the second one down behind it. Put your arms up and smile big.Skills needed to do this: bridge aka backbend, backbend kickoverIf you need to learn how to do a backbend or backbend kickover just reply letting me know. -Naomi | |
